Since 1998, Chopard’s glory has been working hand in hand with the Cannes International Film Festival.

Chopard’s collaboration with Cannes stems from 1997 when Pierre Viot, then film festival chairman, invited Caroline Scheufele, Chopard’s co-president and artistic director Palm trophy. Every year since the 60th film festival in 2007, Caroline Scheufele has designed a series of high-end jewellery inspired by actresses on the world’s most famous red carpet. Every year Red Carpet launches a series of new styles, because the challenge that Chopard has set for himself is to launch an exclusive jewelry series with the same number of film festivals each year. The 69 new products to be announced this year are still inspired by beautiful and sexy female stars.
These rare treasures are all meticulously crafted in Chopard’s jewellery workshop in Geneva, embodying the expertise and genius skills of designers, wax inlay casting experts, gem cutters, and gem inlayers and polishers. One of them is a necklace set with 55 pear-shaped yellow diamond necklaces, interwoven with pear-shaped and brilliant-cut diamonds.
Chopard Chopard Most Promising Actor Award Trophée Chopard
Since 2001, Chopard has newly created the Trophée Chopard for the Cannes Film Festival, in order to reward an actor and actress who have emerged in the film industry to encourage young talent. In this way, the jewellery and watchmaker from Geneva contributed to the artistic influence of the Cannes Film Festival, and also strengthened its support for the film production industry.
Many of the men and actresses who have won this award have ushered in a glorious period of interpretation, including Marion Cotillard, Diane.Kruger, and more recently The award-winning Adèle Exarchopoulos.
